Efrain Huaman'sfarm in Peru preserves an abundance of native tree species and wild bird habitats. By using natural vegetation to provide shade to the coffee, the estate effectively regulates the humidity necessary for growth while continuously replenishing the soil and a healthy eco system with organic matter through fallen leaves.

These conditions make the coffee grown by Efrain on the Juanito Navarro (San Julia) estate a distinctive representation of specialty coffee in the Inkawasi region.
